Isaiah 59
1Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
Observe see and recognize that the Lord's hand is not taken in from you, or restricted from you or limited to you, that it cannot rescue you and safeguard you against evil; also nor is His ear laden, that it cannot attend to and listen to you with favor:
There is hope
