Stand

Stand, in the midst of lies with the Truth of the Word, encirlced and securely fastened about ourselves, strengthened and prepared, ready to endure. (loins girted)

Stand, being able to defend ourselves with the Word without guilt or sin, prepared with honesty and integrity being right with God. (breastplate)

Stand, without cause to worry or be troubled, protected having made ourselves ready beforehand for this purpose, to speak of the Gospel of Peace. (feet shod)

Stand, safeguarded by our faith, against the forces of the enemy, by which we are able to overcome the spirit of temptation able to destroy the yoke. (shield)

Stand, covered by the blood, saved by Grace, with a reinforced mind, delivered from sin, from being destroyed by evil. (helmut of salvation)

Stand, with the Word of God to encourage and inspire others to repent become redeemed, to oppose with authority the spirit of the enemy. (sword)

Stand, in a state of Grace. Always.
