Jesus Prayed for Me

Theres a song that goes "Somebody prayed for me, had me on their mind, took the time to pray for me" I believe thats how it goes.

I read in Word, not only did Jesus die on the Cross for me, but he also prayed for me before.
He prayed to His Holy Father;
That if I acknowledged the Lord, as the one and only True God, that I be given eternal life.
That if I receive and believe the Word, as He has given it to me, if I show myself to be His, that the Lord also accept me as His also.
That the Lord keep me, as part of the Body of One, so I will not be lost.
That I may have everlasting joy, in and of the Word, even though the world does not understand or rejects me.
That the Lord keep evil from me.
That I be sanctified through the Truth, the Truth of the Word.

But, he did not pray for me alone, but for all who would Love and Believe in Him, in the Word, in the Holy Father.

"I'm so glad He prayed, I'm so glad He prayed, I'm so glad He prayed for me."
