Tale of the Resurrection - Mark 16

When the Sabbath was pass, after the sun had set. Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and Salome, purchased sweet smelling spices with which they wanted to anoint Jesus' body. Early the first day of the week they came to the tomb. They wondered who would roll away the stone at the door of the tomb? When they looked, they saw the stone was already moved. They went into he tomb and saw a young man (angel) sitting there clothed in white. They were amazed and afraid. He said to them do you look for Jesus of Nazareth who was crucified. He has risen, He is not here, see where He laid. Go tell the disciples and Peter, He goes to Galilee He will see them there as he said. They fled the tomb, but said nothing about it to anyone. Jesus appeared first to Mary Magdalene, she reported it to those who had been with Him. When they heard they did not believe. After this Jesus appeared in a different form to two of them. They returned and told the others, but still they did not believe. Then He appeared to the eleven and He spoke to them of their unbelief (lack of faith). He bid them go into the world and preach/publish the good news of the Gospel.

Note: There was no mention of and earthquake or the guards.

Hadn't Jesus already been anointed with oil?
Why did he said specifically and Peter?
Of the 3 women at the tomb why appear only to Mary Magdalene?
